Our cleaning services start at $150, with pricing based on the scope of work, square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the type and frequency of service requested.
Clients who enroll in recurring services (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) may receive a 5%–25% discount, depending on frequency. We also offer a referral program refer a friend or family member and receive $20 off your next cleaning once they book their first service.
All quotes are customized to ensure accurate pricing based on your specific needs.

Once your quote is prepared, you will receive a formal estimate via email outlining your selected service (one-time or recurring), along with a service agreement for electronic signature.
After reviewing and signing the documents, your cleaning date and time will be confirmed. You will also receive a reminder notification prior to your scheduled appointment.
Due to limited availability and a structured schedule, we kindly ask that all appointments be honored as scheduled and that access to the home is provided at the agreed time. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we do our best to accommodate when possible; however, maintaining scheduled appointments helps ensure consistent service and allows us to reserve your preferred time for future cleanings.

Yes, a deposit may be required depending on the type of service.
Deposits are required for move-in/move-out cleanings, post-construction cleanings, and for first-time clients who reschedule their initial appointment. This allows us to reserve your time and ensure proper scheduling.
Deposits are applied toward your total service cost and help secure your appointment date.
For commercial and office cleaning services, invoices are issued with Net 15 terms.
